Ad #11366: Completely automated one to two man sawmill operation: 2004 Baker Model 36-30 with Miner 4"x32" 2-saw edger, 30 HP 3-phase motor powers the mill, Baker hydraulic pack powers the sawmill feed and live infeed deck, 30 HP on the edger.  Sawmill is custom designed for sawing from 6' length to ties and up to 24' length, fully hydraulic, two hydraulic log turners 3 hydraulic log clamps, 3-strand live deck with stop & load, 3-strand 20' accumulating deck. Two outfeed directions for processed products: Ties are kicked over the right-hand side of the sawmill to a 3-strand outfeed conveyor and then to 25-tie stacker, All other products are transferred by the board drag back to dead rolls, 4x4's to the left to a 4x4 stack rack, slabs to the right to a slab rack with banding materials, lumber straight to the edger and then to Baker speedup/transfer deck, then to 3-strand 15' green chain....$35,000.00 Photo
