These manual circular sawmills are normally purchased for personal or commercial use by experienced sawyers. These mills normally require 3 or more operators for commercial operations but can be run with fewer if production is not important. The PTO Mills (Foley-Belsaw, TimberKing) are mainly for personal use and require only 1-2 operators.
